cidaas has done it again: For the third time in a row, we win the coveted European Identity and Cloud Award!

We did it again! Together with Creditplus, cidaas wins the coveted EIC Award 2023 again this year, now for the third time in a row. In the past two years we have already been able to celebrate this success with our customers Europa-Park and Kaufland – with our customer Creditplus we were able to complete the hattrick this year.

Creditplus is one of the largest credit banks in Germany and, as part of Crédit Agricole, belongs to one of the largest banking groups in Europe. With cidaas, the modern Cloud Identity & Access Management platform, Creditplus has laid the foundation for the digital future and thus also wins the coveted EIC Award 2023 in the “Customer & Partner Authentication” category.

The “European Identity and Cloud Award” is one of the most coveted awards in Europe for innovative projects and developments in the field of Identity & Access Management, presented by the analysts at KuppingerCole. The focus this year was on our customer Creditplus, which laid the foundation for the digital future with the help of the appropriate Customer Identity & Access Management solution cidaas and was awarded the coveted EIC Award 2023 for this.

As one of the largest credit banks in Germany, Creditplus is active in the areas of sales financing, personal loans, and dealer financing. The extensive feature set of cidaas and in particular the group administration as well as the delegated user administration are a game changer for the business models of Creditplus. As a result, the B2B business for managing access for dealers and their users was able to benefit greatly. The implementation could be done in a very short time and a gradual transition of users was easily implemented based on cidaas’ advanced APIs. Thanks to cidaas’ CIAM solution, CreditPlus was able to achieve the following:

• Significant improvement of processes when onboarding new partners and customers
• A uniform identity across all business areas
• Self-administration for partners and dealers (delegated user administration)
• Use of the latest technologies and standards (e.g., OpenID Connect, OAuth2)

The coveted EIC Award 2023 was presented at this year’s European Identity and Cloud Conference 2023, taking place from May 9th to 12th in Berlin, and cidaas is back in the spotlight with its hattrick success!
