With cidaas, the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort is enabled to link digital and real identities in the MackOne account. Increasing the user experience and providing convenient and easy access to digital services for different user groups without compromising on security was one of the main goals!
The MackOne is the central authentication service for the digital world of the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort! Built on cidaas, the MackOne account provides one identity across all channels, a convenient authentication and registration, including passwordless authentication, self-determined management of their own information and consents, e.g., newsletter consents, preferences, and more. For the successful implementation, the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort and cidaas won the EIC 2021 Award in the category Customer Identity & Access Management. In addition, the customer account was expanded to include the ResortPass area at the beginning of 2022, so that all annual passes of the family or even friends can be added.

To connect the new marketing automation software to the centralized identities of MackOne to further enhance the customer experience even in the future

Introduction of unified consent management for the administration of consents, e.g., newsletters and newsletter preferences
User Self Services that allow users and guests to manage their own data and change their consents and preferences
ResortPass for an overview of all annual passes of e.g., family members bundled in one customer account
