Kaufland wins the EIC 2022 Award in the category Customer & Citizen Authentication with cidaas

Kaufland and cidaas jointly win the EIC Award this year.

This is the second time in a row that cidaas has won the coveted award – this time together with the food retail giant.

The award ceremony took place as part of this year’s European Identity and Cloud Conference in Berlin. At the EIC Award, innovative projects, and developments in the field of Identity & Access Management are evaluated by the analysts KuppingerCole.

The focus this time was on the Kaufland Card, which uses the appropriate Customer Identity & Access Management solution cidaas to create a uniform identity across all channels and link the digital and stationary world. With the new solution, the customer is accompanied through all phases of the shopping process, thus improving the shopping experience.
