New management team at cidaas / New trends in customer identity management: Yael and Sadrick Widmann re taking over the management of cidaas and setting new trends in the Customer Identity Management space
Wimsheim (ots) – Yael and Sadrick Widmann are taking over the management of cidaas. The cloud software from WidasConcepts offers an intelligent solution in the field of customer identity management. The product ensures comprehensive security for all digital endpoints, great user comfort and follows a modern know-your-customer principle for an outstanding user experience.
With the doubled expertise comes along doubled entrepreneurial spirit, know-how and passion for the product. “We want to create the best customer identity management system in all of Europe, so that our customers are always one step ahead,” the both of them assure.
The dynamic siblings thus follow in the footsteps of a long family tradition. Both of them grew up with the company in Wimsheim near Stuttgart, so to say and are therefore more than just familiar not only with the technology, but also with the company structure and the values.
Yael Widmann has a bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics at the University of Karlsruhe and was honored for her excellent results with the Frauenförderpreis of Hochschule i.e. encouraging women entrepreneurs and and with the prize of the city of Karlsruhe. She is completing her Masters in International Business Development at the ESB Business School in Reutlingen.
Sadrick Widmann completed his Master of Science at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences where he lectured on topics such as Automation of Business Processes and Programming. He has already proven his management talent as managing director at CarbookPlus GmbH.
Recognizing new trends

In these concepts, it is important to map the individual devices, such as the refrigerator, to the actual customer and also to define its authorizations – after all, the refrigerator should buy food and not things that are not part of it. “In terms of customer recognition, we will in the future, see not only the customer individually, but his devices as his representative in different roles,” explains Sadrick Widmann. “It will not be long, before most companies recognize the value of customer identity management and have implemented such a product.”
