GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “GTC,” govern the contractual relationship between customers and Widas ID GmbH.

Customers of Widas ID GmbH are either:

• Individuals and companies whose employees participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, and other events.
• Companies that commission Widas ID to design and execute an event.
• Companies that present themselves at Widas ID’s own events and use marketing services.
• Companies or individuals who order documentation and materials relating to Widas ID events

These services must be ordered in writing using the registration form on the respective event website. Registration is made using the registration form on the respective event website. The contract is only concluded upon written confirmation of registration by Widas ID GmbH.

Participation in seminars, conferences, and congresses

The participation fee per person is subject to 19% VAT. It includes participation in the respective event, catering (if provided), and documentation (subject to download). It is not related to a partner package.

After registration, participants will receive a confirmation email and an invoice. Admission to the event will only be granted if the participation fee has been paid in full or proof of payment can be presented on the day of the event.

Cancellation policy for tickets to the cidaas connect conference

Any cancellation must be made in written form (by mail to Widas ID GmbH or by email to co*****@****as.com) without exception.

Cancellation options:

• Until 15.07.2026 – 100% refund per registration
• From 16.07. – 31.08.2026 – 50% refund per registration
• From 01.09.2026 – no refund

If you are unable to attend, any substitute from the same company may take your place. Tickets can be easily transferred via the link in the ticket confirmation email.

Widas ID GmbH expressly reserves the right to replace speakers. Changes to the program schedule or speakers do not entitle participants to a refund or compensation.

Cancellation policy Hotel Colosseo

Hotel rooms booked as part of the cidaas connect conference can be canceled free of charge until July 15, 2026.
The following cancellation policy applies:

• Until 15.07.2026 – free cancellation
• From 16.07. – 14.08.2026 – 20% of the accommodation amount (cancellation fees)
• From 15.08. – 14.09.2026 – 30% of the accommodation amount (cancellation fees)
• From 15.09. – 26.09.2026 – 50% of the accommodation amount (cancellation fees)
• From 27.09.2026 – 80% of the accommodation amount (cancellation fees)

Please note that invoicing for hotel rooms and any cancellation fees will be handled directly by Europa-Park and Hotel Colosseo.

Supported third-party events

For third-party events managed by Widas ID, the scope of services is defined together with the customer. The content and event concept for each event are designed jointly.

Documents and documentation

By registering for events that we organize together with partners, participants give their consent to the transmission of information material by our partners.

We may pass on the following participant data to our event partners: name, company, position, company address, email address, and company telephone number. You can find a complete list of our event partners on our event website.

Photo and video

We would like to point out that photos, audio recordings, and videos will be taken during this event. These recordings will include images of people present, with the selection of individuals being more or less random. The images may be displayed on our website, in print media, and/or in other photo galleries. By entering the event grounds and event rooms, you consent to the publication of your image in the manner described above for a limited period of time and in a limited area, without the need for an explicit declaration on your part. If you do not agree to the publication of your image in a specific case, please notify the film and photo team responsible for finding motifs immediately.

Event cancellation

If the event is canceled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.

Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Pforzheim, and German law applies. The place of performance is the respective event location.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid or become invalid due to statutory provisions, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain valid unchanged..
